From the President

Greetings

My sincere congratulations to IEPNG, especially to the former Board, former President, Mr. Sen Hugo the CEO, Mr. Benedict Mick and the Staff for their untiring efforts to facilitate for the many significant changes that the Institution of Engineers PNG underwent in 2007.

In 2008, I want to build on the achievement from 2007 and to lead IEPNG and PERB to become more dynamic and involved with the Government and the Private Sector in the delivery of goods and services to the people of PNG.

The Minster for Works, Transport and Civil Aviation, Hon. Don Polye, MP has challenged IEPNG and the engineering fraternity to be proactive and to support the Government. My Board, CEO of IEPNG and I have accepted the challenge and will work very closely with the Government in 2008 to introduce mechanisms and processes for IEPNG and the Government to work with to deliver services to PNG.

I hereby seek you help and support as we pusue our vision to provide the best engineering services to PNG and beyond.
