IEPNG is a multi-tiered organisation that includes:
* a Board that is chaired by a President
* The Members of the IEPNG Board are also members of the Professional Engineers Registration Board of PNG (PERB).
* Chapters that are chaired by a elected Chairman
* Various sub committes that are chaired by Board Members who is appointed by the Board
